Loved Carignan! My car works well! The only thing is that they did not have my car ready when the said. I had to wait three days to receive it.
We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. I work in the field myself so I was expecting the quality of service I expect from myself to give to clients. I was so disappointed to see how HGregoire Carignan do not care about the satisfaction of their clients. They obviously dont need the client retention. 200$ preparation fees and they dont even put gas in the car ! Dont have any registration service... nothing thats worth 200$. Financial director lies in your face, no professionalism what so ever. So many points to be brought to the consumers protections attention. Shame.

The eco cars are basically cars that have a lot of work to do on them so they list them cheap to make them look interesting. Then you show up and they give you the inspection record and you realize why. Dont even ask them to evaluate your car they wont give you anything for it.
